What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, Balance Day Spa accepts cash, major credit cards, and Balance Day Spa gift cards.
Personal checks are not accepted.
Are gratuities included in the service price?
Gratuities are not included in our service prices and are always at your discretion.
If you've enjoyed your experience, gratuities are a thoughtful way to recognize your service provider's care and attention.
Can I purchase a Balance Day Spa gift card?
Absolutely! A Balance Day Spa gift card is a wonderful way to share relaxation, rejuvenation, and a little well-deserved self-care.
Gift cards can be purchased for a variety of occasions, including birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, celebrations, or simply to let someone know you're thinking of them.
Our Guest Services team will be happy to assist you with your purchase. Gift cards can be also be purchased online.
What can I use my gift card for?
Balance Day Spa gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible spa services and retail products.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
If you have questions about applying a gift card toward a particular purchase, our Guest Services team will be happy to assist.
Can I use a gift card to purchase a package or membership?
Gift cards may be used to purchase eligible prepaid service packages.
Membership enrollment and recurring monthly membership payments require an approved payment method on file and are subject to membership terms.
Please contact Guest Services for assistance with specific gift card and membership payment questions.
Can I use my gift card at either Balance Day Spa location?
Yes! Balance Day Spa gift cards may be redeemed at our Greensboro and Kernersville locations, subject to applicable gift card terms.
Do Balance Day Spa gift cards expire?
Gift card expiration terms depend on the type of card and applicable law. Please refer to the terms provided with your gift card or contact our Guest Services team for assistance.
Any applicable promotional restrictions will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Can I receive a refund for a gift card?
Gift card purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except as required by applicable law.
What happens if I lose my gift card?
We recommend keeping your gift card information in a safe place.
If your gift card is lost or stolen, please contact our Guest Services team. We may be able to assist in locating the remaining balance if sufficient purchase information is available.
Balance Day Spa is not responsible for unauthorized use of lost or stolen gift cards.
How can I check my gift card balance?

Are spa packages refundable?
Prepaid spa packages and service series are non-refundable.
Eligible unused package values may be converted to spa credit in accordance with our package policies.
Please contact Guest Services for assistance with your specific package.
Does Balance Day Spa offer a membership program?
Yes! Our Balance Signature Membership is designed to make regular self-care simple, rewarding, and something you can look forward to every month.
For $105 per month, members receive an eligible 50-minute spa service each month, with a variety of massage, facial, and body treatment options to choose from.
Whether you're seeking relaxation, recovery, or a little time to recharge, membership helps you make wellness a consistent part of your routine.

When will my membership payment be processed?
Your membership is billed monthly on the anniversary of your enrollment date.
Our Guest Services team can assist with questions about your billing schedule and membership account.
Can I use my membership at either Balance Day Spa location?
Yes! Eligible Balance Signature Membership services may be enjoyed at either our Greensboro or Kernersville location, subject to appointment availability and membership terms.
How do I make changes to my membership?
Our Guest Services team is here to help with membership questions, account updates, or requests to make changes.
