No Exchanges: All packages are sold at discounted rates, and as such, no exchanges for services are permitted once purchased.
Purchasing for Others: If you are purchasing a package for someone else, please ensure that you purchase the package under the recipient's name. This ensures they have an active profile created prior to the service being provided.
No Refunds: All package purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for any packages, so please review your purchase carefully before completing the transaction.

FAQs
Will the package ever expire?
At the time of purchase the packages do not have an expiration date. If you have partially used a package, in most cases the package will expire 2 years from the date of first use. Of course if you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call and we can provide you with a more accurate answer on this!
If the person I am purchasing the package for ends up not wanting the services, can we exchange the service(s) for something of the same value?
Because our packages are sold at a discounted rate, we do not offer the option of service exchange.
Can I return or exchange a package if it doesn’t fit my needs?
At this time, all package and gift card sales are final, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We do have the option of certain add-ons such as deep tissue, couples or even hot stone to make the package more personable, this would come at an upcharge of $15 per add on.
Is gratuity included in purchasing the package?
No, gratuity is not included. You would have only purchased the package at the time of the sale. We highly encourage all clients to leave 20% gratuity for all providers who performed services. This can be done on a debit/credit card or cash.
