Spa Etiquette

PREPARING FOR VISIT

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. If you are a new client, keep in mind that you will have to fill out paperwork.
    • Late arrivals will be charged 50% of the services scheduled, even if the services have to be shortened due to the late start time.  

- Pack an essentials toiletry bag: bathing suit, lotion, change of clothes, 

  • We do supply complimentary robes, shower caps, slippers, hair dryer, combs and hair ties.
  • If changing into a robe, undress to your comfort level. 

- Please bring any gift cards or packages. 

- Leaving a 15–20% tip is customary, but not required. Cash is preferred.

- For the safety of your children, and as a courtesy to other clients, children are not permitted in the spa unless they are receiving a service. Children are not to be left unattended.  

- Check the service details BEFORE booking.

DURING THE EXPERIENCE

- Ask for a tour of the facility if you’re a new client.

- Turn off cell phones while in spa area.

- Enjoy complimentary refreshments and snacks.

- Speak up about what you want or need.

AFTER YOUR VISIT

- Prebook your next appointment before leaving to ensure future availability.

- Refunds are only given on unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date. No refunds are given on gift card purchases.
